Glyphora
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Android app Glyphora, including its input method Glyphora Keyboard (together, the "App"), developed and published by Emrah Ateş (atess.dev, Türkiye) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. Your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control. You may freely use the styled text you create with the App. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the App itself, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. The App and ads
The App is free to download and use. It shows ads provided by Google AdMob inside the App (not in the keyboard) unless Glyphora PRO is active. Watching a rewarded ad to try a PRO keyboard theme for 24 hours is always optional. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertisers' products, services or websites. How data is used for ads is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. Glyphora PRO subscription
- What you get: no ads, and the Aurora and AMOLED keyboard themes, on the devices signed in with the same Google Play account.
- Plans and price: monthly and yearly plans. Prices are shown in the App and in Google Play in your local currency before you buy; they come from Google Play and include local taxes where applicable. There is no lifetime purchase.
- Free trial: the yearly plan may include a free trial. If it does, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment: charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). We never receive your payment details.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancelling: at any time in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in the App (Settings → Manage subscription). PRO stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Restoring: the subscription is restored automatically when you use the same Google account.
- Price changes: Google Play informs you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Google, so refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policies. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
4. Acceptable use and how styled text works
- Styled text is made of Unicode characters, not fonts. How it looks depends on the recipient's device, app and installed fonts; some characters may appear as boxes or plain letters.
- Screen readers may read styled text letter by letter or not at all, so avoid it where accessibility matters.
- Some platforms, games and services restrict special characters in names, usernames or other fields. Check their rules before using styled text there; we are not responsible if a service rejects or changes it.
- Do not use the App to impersonate others, harass people, send spam, evade filters or otherwise break the law or the rules of other services.
- Do not use modified versions or automated tools to interfere with the App, its ads or its purchases, and do not click ads artificially. We may stop providing features to anyone who breaks these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, graphics and code belong to us. The keyboard's built-in word lists are derived from FrequencyWords by Hermit Dave, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. Unicode characters themselves are not owned by us. "Google Play" is a trademark of Google LLC.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature, including individual styles or themes. If we stop offering the subscription, renewals will stop and you keep the benefit until the end of the period you paid for. Your favourites, history and settings are stored only on your device.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that styled text will display correctly on every device or service, or that word suggestions and auto-corrections will always be right. Please check your text before sending it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from how other apps or services display or handle styled text. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts or consumer arbitration bodies available to you there.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Emrah Ateş (atess.dev, Türkiye) ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen ve yayımlanan Glyphora Android uygulaması ve uygulamanın sunduğu Glyphora Klavye giriş yöntemi (birlikte "Uygulama") için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kullanımınız ayrıca Google Play Hizmet Şartları'na tabidir.
1. Lisans
Size, Uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayla oluşturduğunuz süslü metinleri serbestçe kullanabilirsiniz. Kanunun açıkça izin verdiği haller dışında Uygulamanın kendisini kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, satamaz, kiralayamaz, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
2. Uygulama ve reklamlar
Uygulamayı indirmek ve kullanmak ücretsizdir. Glyphora PRO etkin değilse Uygulamanın içinde (klavyede değil) Google AdMob tarafından sağlanan reklamlar gösterilir. Bir PRO klavye temasını 24 saat denemek için ödüllü reklam izlemek her zaman isteğe bağlıdır. Reklamlar üçüncü taraflarca sağlanır; reklam verenlerin ürün, hizmet veya sitelerinden sorumlu değiliz. Reklamlar için verilerin nasıl kullanıldığı Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
3. Glyphora PRO aboneliği
- Kapsam: aynı Google Play hesabıyla oturum açılmış cihazlarda reklam gösterilmez; Aurora ve AMOLED klavye temaları açılır.
- Planlar ve fiyat: aylık ve yıllık planlar sunulur. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada ve Google Play'de yerel para biriminizle gösterilir; Google Play'den alınır ve geçerli olduğu yerlerde yerel vergileri içerir. Ömür boyu satın alma seçeneği yoktur.
- Ücretsiz deneme: yıllık plan ücretsiz deneme süresi içerebilir. Bu durumda, deneme süresinin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz deneme sona erdiğinde ücretlendirilirsiniz.
- Ödeme: satın almayı onayladığınızda (veya ücretsiz deneme bittiğinde) Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
- Otomatik yenileme: abonelik, siz iptal edene kadar her dönemin sonunda o anki fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- İptal: istediğiniz zaman Google Play'den (Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler) veya uygulamadan (Ayarlar → Aboneliği yönet). PRO, ödemesini yaptığınız dönemin sonuna kadar etkin kalır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak aboneliği iptal etmez.
- Geri yükleme: aynı Google hesabını kullandığınızda abonelik otomatik olarak geri yüklenir.
- Fiyat değişiklikleri: Google Play sizi önceden bilgilendirir ve gerekli durumlarda onayınızı ister.
- İade ve cayma hakkı: satın almalar Google tarafından işlendiği için iade talepleri Google Play iade politikalarına göre değerlendirilir. Aboneliğin anında ifa edilen dijital içerik olması nedeniyle Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesi uyarınca cayma hakkı, onayınızla ifaya başlandığında kullanılamayabilir. Kanundan doğan zorunlu tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım ve süslü metnin çalışma şekli
- Süslü metin yazı tiplerinden değil, Unicode karakterlerinden oluşur. Nasıl görüneceği alıcının cihazına, uygulamasına ve yüklü yazı tiplerine bağlıdır; bazı karakterler kutu veya düz harf olarak görünebilir.
- Ekran okuyucular süslü metni harf harf okuyabilir veya hiç okuyamayabilir; erişilebilirliğin önemli olduğu yerlerde kullanmaktan kaçının.
- Bazı platformlar, oyunlar ve hizmetler adlarda, kullanıcı adlarında veya diğer alanlarda özel karakterleri kısıtlar. Süslü metni oralarda kullanmadan önce kurallarını kontrol edin; bir hizmetin metni reddetmesinden veya değiştirmesinden sorumlu değiliz.
- Uygulamayı başkalarını taklit etmek, insanları taciz etmek, spam göndermek, filtreleri atlatmak veya başka şekilde kanunları ya da diğer hizmetlerin kurallarını ihlal etmek için kullanmayın.
- Uygulamaya, reklamlarına veya satın almalarına müdahale etmek için değiştirilmiş sürüm veya otomatik araç kullanmayın ve reklamlara yapay olarak tıklamayın. Bu koşulları ihlal edenlere özellik sağlamayı durdurabiliriz.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı, grafikleri ve kodu bize aittir. Klavyenin yerleşik kelime listeleri, Hermit Dave'in FrequencyWords projesinden türetilmiştir ve CC BY-SA 4.0 lisansına tabidir. Unicode karakterlerinin kendisi bize ait değildir. "Google Play" Google LLC'nin ticari markasıdır.
6. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulamayı veya tek tek stiller ve temalar dahil herhangi bir özelliğini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Aboneliği sunmayı bırakırsak yenilemeler durur ve ödemesini yaptığınız dönemin sonuna kadar avantajlardan yararlanmaya devam edersiniz. Favorileriniz, geçmişiniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
7. Garanti reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, süslü metnin her cihazda ve hizmette doğru görüneceğini veya kelime önerilerinin ve otomatik düzeltmelerin her zaman doğru olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Lütfen metninizi göndermeden önce kontrol edin.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan veya diğer uygulama ve hizmetlerin süslü metni nasıl gösterdiğinden ya da işlediğinden kaynaklanan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, kast veya ağır ihmal gibi kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu ya da tüketici olarak kanuni haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
9. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni sürüm, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değişikliği kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciyseniz yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici hukukunun sağladığı korumadan da yararlanırsınız ve orada size açık olan mahkemelere veya tüketici hakem heyetlerine başvurabilirsiniz.
